Terms of Service

1. The service

The Visibility Hub includes: Site Builder, our ongoing website design and hosting service for your breeding program, with an onboarding questionnaire that feeds your site’s content and a self-serve editor so you can update your own site (text and photos) anytime; Visibility Score Monitoring, ongoing automated scoring and tracking of your program’s online visibility with suggested next steps; Search Visibility Reporting, ongoing automated reporting on how your site is doing in search; Review Builder, automated review-generation tool access; and, as an optional add-on, a monthly AI-drafted blog article. Not every feature is available to every account at every time — some depend on third-party services (like Google Search Console) being connected first.

2. Your account

An account is created automatically when your subscription payment succeeds, and you’ll receive an email invitation to set up your login. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide about yourself and your breeding program.

3. Subscription & billing

We currently offer a Monthly plan ($89/month) and an Annual plan ($890/year). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record, who bills you, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles payment card data on our behalf — we do not receive or store your full card details.

You can cancel your Monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for Annual plan refund terms. We’ll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, photos, and information you provide about your kennel and breeding program (“your content”). You grant us a license to host and display your content as part of operating your website. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, and you’re solely responsible for the accuracy of any claims you make about your animals, including health testing and genetic results — we don’t verify these claims.

5. AI-assisted drafting

Some site copy can be polished or drafted with AI assistance (Claude, by Anthropic) based on the information you provide. This is optional per section, and you can switch back to your own exact wording at any time. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving anything AI-drafted before it goes live on your site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to misrepresent your breeding practices in a way that would violate applicable animal welfare or consumer-protection laws. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating this section or for non-payment.

7. Domains

Your site is provided by default on a free subdomain of thebreederconnection.com. Support for bringing or purchasing your own custom domain, when available, is offered under separate terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing amy@thebreederconnection.com; see our Refund Policy for how billing is handled. Once a cancellation is processed, your login access ends and your website is taken offline. You retain ownership of your content as described in Section 4 above and can request a copy of it. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for non-payment.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
